GEN2 12-in-1 USB-C Docking Station w/ Power

I purchased 2 of these some time back, one with power, and one without power.
HDMI was v2.0 and DisplayPort was at v1.4. Intermittent screen blacking out/going off and on for both models.
Connected to Windows 10 Enterprise Edition on Asus i9 laptop.
Most recent releases of HDMI are v2.1 and DisplayPort up to v2.0.
Most recent release of HYPERDRIVE is Gen2 15-in-1 USB-C model with HDMI 2.0 (4K 60Hz) and DisplayPort 1.4 (4K 60Hz), making me wonder much older technology they continue to use in their product(s).
Why do I have to use: The page you are trying to visit on Yotpo requires that you re-enter your Facebook password.
