Good Faucet with fraction of the price!!!

I would like to say starting with installation which is pretty easy. Hardest part is to work under the sink. Sensor works great, start and stop as advertised. Touch sensor should have been great addition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Install was quick and easy, working as expected. I found small inconvenience, I can't keep the faucet head where I need. It is moving to center all the time. Need to check whether it's install problem or something else otherwise great looking faucet with fraction of cost.

Quality product

We have had our FLOW Touchless Kitchen faucet for about three weeks now, and we love it. The installation was very easy. The instructions were clear. We love the fact that we can turn the water on and off with a wave of our hand. We find that after moistening our hands, we turn the water off, scrub, and then turn the water back on to rinse, thus saving water. Another feature we love is that you don't have to wave your hand to start or stop the water when using the pull-down sprayer. Just pull it down, and the water starts; raise it back into place, and the water stops. An additional bonus is the faucet stays much cleaner for longer periods of time. Glad we had the option to use the base plate or not. We did not as we have granite countertops. Works and looks great!

Flow Faucet Brushed Nickel

This is our second Flow Faucet. On our first one the unit sporadically, after month's would come on but then would not come on. I called bio-bidet and they emailed instructions on how to reset the unit. Followed all instructions, still the same problem. Called bio-bidet again and we were told it may be the black box. They sent one immediately. No problems since. With our recent renovations, we could not go without another Flow Faucet. Knowing that the Customer Service dept. responds quickly, the quality of the faucet, overall elegance is a win, win.

Great features but rocker in back is a little flaw

I finally got around to getting this installed. Wow! It’s a great product. The sensor is great though when pulled out and I accidentally hit the rocker switch to spray, I sometimes spray my counters.

Good replacement for manual Fauce

Got the Oil Rubber Bronze color as a replacement for a leaking faucet in our kitchen. The use of motion sensor was a learning curve after using manual, but got used it in a few days. I think the motion sensor feature should give the cartridge some more life than using it manually. Replacing the 4 AA batteries will be better than replacing cartridge in the future. The auto on-off works really good with pull-down hand sprayer. The only recommendation I would love add to the manufacturer is to add magnets to snap the pull-down hand sprayer back into the housing

Great Automatic Kitchen Faucet

I am remodeling my kitchen and needed a new faucet. I found the Flow and was impressed with its features and purchased it.
The faucet was packaged very well, with the main faucet in a cloth bag. Instructions were easy to follow and understand. The installation was easy and went without a hitch. Turned on the water and the faucet worked perfectly! I could not be happier!
