Excellent quality

The faucet and functionality are awesome. I installed it myself and it was relatively easy (I'm somewhat handy). I will say the instructions could be a little clearer. For example, one of the steps says to put the O-ring on the faucet bottom but there were three different rings included so I wasn't sure which to use without doing a little research first. A page identifying all the parts included would have eliminated that confusion making for an even simpler install.
I only installed it two day ago but I'm very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Functions well and looks great

Installed this yesterday and was pleased with the how fast and easy the process was. The faucet functions well, responding instantly either activation method. I found the pull-down nozzle very useful with the activation, spray selection and flow-stop button all at your fingertips. My only criticism, and thus the 4 star rating, is the plastic nozzle - everything else is nice, solid metal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Impressive style and function

The faucet is a quality item and solidly built and finished. The installation instructions were easily followed and made simple by the quick connect fittings. However the instructions were unclear when using the deck plate for a 3-hole sink. The grooves in the deck plate are supposed to line up with bosses on the bottom of the faucet but there were no bosses. The faucet rotated on the deck plate and would not tighten up. I had to remove the entire assembly (not easy) and use a large o-ring (included for I-hole installation). The faucet would still not hand tighten per the instructions. I notched a length of 2" PVC pipe and used that as a tool to tighten the mounting nut. The faucet works as described and there were no leaks from any of the quick connects.

good value for price

bought this a few weeks ago and really like it. Easy installation (and I hate installing faucets), the only downside is I haven't been able to figure out how to set a custom time on the hands free - it does run a long time. It would be helpful if this was set to a shorter time or if it was possible to program a custom time. But, for price works really well.

I bought this faucet from Costco a month ago. Very happy with the quality, finishing and feel of the handle. Sensor works great and looks much better than my old one.
