I recently did some upgrades to my kitchen including new counters & sink. This faucet is a perfect addition. It looks very nice and I love the hands free feature!

This is an amazing faucet, so beautiful and better yet it works flawlessly. I purchased the brushed nickel one and the finish is perfect. So nice to not have water all over the top of the sink from turning the faucet on and off, which I was always drying off. Hopefully the batteries won't need changing too often, all I had were some cheap heavy duty ones, next time I'll put in a better longer lasting battery. I imagine they will last a long time though. I was concerned about the handle hitting the backsplash but after talking to the company it only extends 3" so I had plenty of room. I love the feature where it goes off and on when you pull it out, very handy indeed, Love it!

Easy to Install and Use

We got this faucet to replace the aging one in our kitchen. I love the hands free operation for those times when you need to rinse off your hands without touching / contaminating anything. It's not overly sensitive, and the timing features / auto shut off are wonderful.

I replaced a leaky Delta that was on it's fourth cartridge and I was tired of replacing them. They were free from Delta, but still... So I bought this online from woot.com about a month ago. First, the hardest thing about the installation was getting the old Delta out. Once that was done, the installation was the easiest I've ever had. Not one glitch. Normally whenever you install anything there's at least one thing that doesn't go right. Not with this faucet. I really like the hands free feature and have really gotten used to it. Matter of fact, I find myself trying to turn on or off other faucets with a same wave of my hand! I love the on/off when pulling out the head and using it to spray things. Former restaurant dish washers really appreciate this feature! I also like how high it is. It makes it much easier to wash and rinse large items.
My only complaint is that I would like the sprayer to stay engaged at lower flow rates. If the flow rate gets too low, the sprayer switches off. I like to leave it on when doing the dishes but the spray is hard enough to splash a lot of water around. If this can somehow be fixed, (retrofit head?) it would just about be flawless.
I would have given it 5 stars if the spray would stay on at low flow levels.

Excellent with design issues

Got this beautiful faucet about 4 months back from Costco that works great too. However, it is must to note that it is putting the heating gas bill go up. When the hot and cold water is set to suit your liking and the faucet is turned off by the motion sensor it continues to mix the cold and hot water at the backend i.e. heating up the cold water line. In turn kicking the boiler to start cycle more often. Quick check .... feel the cold water pipe line down the sink that is heating up. I found that out when my water filter connected from under the sink into the cold water line started giving hot water to drink. It is creating shot circuit between cold & hot water lines. (Only when the lever is set to open (ON) & the tap is set to close (OFF) from the motion sensor). Now somehow very slow leak drop-by-drop has started near the operating lever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple Elegance

I just purchased and installed the kitchen faucet and I am very happy with this product. The installation was easy, all components were provided. But best of all is the functioning of this unit: it works very well, is solid and functional. Overall this is a nicely understated yet elegant design. The price was also attractive compared to local alternatives.
