Perfect Blend of Form and Function!

I bought this about a month ago and am very pleased. The style of the faucet alone merits the asking price, but then add in the hands-free tech and this is a bargain! I was able to install it in about 45 minutes. Love the simple mounting hardware and process. I was happy to find Bio Bidet made it as easy as it should be. I was glad it came with all the hardware needed. I recommend picking up some plumber's tape for it, but that is more for connecting it seamlessly with your existing plumbing. You will also want to have 4 'AA' batteries on hand for the control box. The gorgeous oil rubbed bronze finish matches perfectly with my other faucets, etc.

Sensor function not working

The manual included and the youtube videos did not provide enough detail around getting the motion sensor to work. Otherwise the faucet functions and looks nice.

I recently purchased this unit to replace the standard boring chrome picture that was installed in my sink. Boy was I please on how easy it was to install this unit as well as how well it fit with my kitchen. I installed without the base an my kitchen counter looks cleaner and minimal compared to faucets that have a base. It took me about 40 minutes to removed old and install the new unit. I am glad i purchased this and would purchase other product from your company in the future.

Broken censor; manual knob stuck!

When it works properly it’s great! However the motion censor stopped working. It turns on but goes off by it self while I’m rinsing dishes etc. I tried to fix by changing batteries. That didn’t work. It still clicks off.
After a very frustrating time I decided to use the manual operation but I can’t turn the knob to turn off the motion censor. This is very frustrating. I have to trick the system by placing an object in front of the censor while using it. I wish there was a troubleshooting page for this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
