Really like this faucet

very cool that the sensor is the on/off mine was acting a bit sensitive and i called into customer service. Very helpful and told me to adjsut the couter weight and it shoudl work as promised.

Great faucet!

I bought this to upgrade an old faucet and absolutely love it! I love the brushed nickel finish and the faucet is easy to clean with it’s clean lines. I love the hands free sensor which is so convenient when cooking.

Installation was except for the screws on the control box. I stripped the heads on a couple even though I had drilled pilot holes. No major concerns, I had plenty of spares in the tool box. Works great. Hardest part is removing old faucet. Quality and features of a higher priced unit.

Awesome Quality

Installed today. It was so nice to work with a faucet that was designed for ease of installation. I purchase this Biobidet to replace another brand two weeks ago. That one was so difficult to install and once installed the base would swivel no matter how tight you tightened it. Wife said that had to go. The Biobidet installed so easily. It is well engineered. My wife looks it and now loves the touchless feature. A happy wife is a happy life. :)

I bought this new faucet to replace one that was just 'finished' and desperately needed to be replaced. I love the look, shape, and color pallet of this one. It was amazingly easy to install.

My faucet was leaking. I needed to order a cartridge for it . I couldn't find my receipt for the 5 year warranty. Tyler and Christine helped me confirm my warranty . The part is ordered and on its way with no charge to me . The whole process took less than 15 minutes hassle free. The best customer service that I've had the pleasure of to dealing with in a long time. Great product and easy to install.

Love the motion sensor!

Gone are the days of having to grab the faucet handle with your hands full of grease or whatever that goes all over the place to turn on the water! Wasn't to difficult to install. The water supply hoses are designed with a female coupling to screw onto your male water supply ports. My supply ports are the push/pull type with a hose attached with a female coupling. Required a trip to Home Depot to get a male to male fitting to make the connection. Works great so far! Just wondering how long the batteries last before needing replacement. Purchased mine thru Costco with a great discount.
