Expensive, but Worth it - With 1 Flaw

This isn't the cheapest of IR-activated / touch control faucets, but it's by far the easiest one I have ever installed. The hardest part of the job was removing the existing unit. Mouting hardware makes it a real breeze, and it's a particularly nice touch that hoses are included I the product design, making it super easy to thread them through the mounting hole in the sink and countertop.
If anything, the flow is very, very strong, and I have had to back off the pressure at the turn-off valves for the cold water.
One minor flaw (thus the 4 stars) not due to the tap itself. Our plumbing configuration under out sink with water pipes, and dishwasher connections sometimes catches up the weight on the hose to the spout. This is a bit annoying, but I can't do anything about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Installation

Our Flow faucet just came in yesterday and we immediately got to work on it. Within the hour it was finished and working magnificently. The installation instructions are easy to follow and the faucet itself is very convenient

We previously purchased this faucet years ago and it was conveyed to the new owners of our home when that home was sold. For our new home, we purchased a competitor's brand that lasted less than a year. We just replaced it with this faucet and couldn't be happier. The quality of construction is incomparable to the competition.

Great touchless faucet-- awesome service too!

I installed my first Flow motion activated faucet 4 years and 11 months ago. It worked flawlessly until a couple of days ago--it would shut off after a second or two. I called BioBidet hoping to get some troubleshooting help-- but after finding that it was just under the 5 year warranty wire, they sent a brand new replacement. I called on a Wednesday and got it that Friday. It's installed, and works like a champ! I expect to use it for years to come, and I can't say enough about how easily and quickly this warranty issue was handled. We especially like the pull-down nozzle feature. Special thanks to Sara!

Nice unit, small drawbacks

I recently purchased this unit and installed it a few days ago.
Pros:
- Affordable
- Looks nice when everything goes together just right
- Love the motion sensing
- Quality feels almost as nice as the unit it replaced (other unit was 2x more expensive, so I can live with the slight decrease)

Cons:
- The install was a bit odd. I have installed many faucets before and they usually utilize a nut to secure the faucet to the underside of the counter. This unit features a wing nut looking thing that can only be tightened with your hand. It also has 2 screws on it, which look as threw they can go through the counter and into the bottom of the faucet, to hold it into place. When I first saw this, I thought to myself, "what I great idea! Instead of fussing with the typical annoying nut, I can simply hand tighten this, and then use the screws to fully secure everything together." I tried to do just that, but realized that there were 2 problems, 1) the screws are on the outer edge of the wingnut, which means that the standard sized hole that is in my granite is too narrow for the screws to go through and 2) the supplied washer covers the screws anyway, so there was never a chance that they would make it. I ended up hand tightening the wing nut as much as possible (I hope its not a pain if I ever have to undo it in the future) and then just screwed the screws up into the underside of the washer, enough to be snug.
- The re-tractability of the head is a nice feature; however, when it retracts, it goes 99% of the way back in by itself, but pokes out at a slightly odd angle. From what I can tell, this is not due to needing extra force or anything like that. Instead, it is due to the head only fitting back into the unit flush in 1 exact position. If it is even off a slight hair, it will not go back into the unit 100% and sit flush. To fix it, I simply have to readjust it with my hand and it takes less than 2 seconds, but I wish it would just go back in perfectly every time. My old (different brand, non motion) version was able to do it, so I know it is possible.
- Installing the battery box was a huge pain. I suspect much of my problem was due to all of the pipes etc under my sink, so you may have an easier time if you have more access. I do not hold it against this unit specifically, as I assume it would have been just as much hassle with any other brand (motion sensing). Once I got everything installed, the instructions then called for the batteries to be installed. This was a huge pain, as the battery holder has a very long cord which was difficult to put back in place, once installed (again, given that I had very little room to work with). I would suggest that you install the batteries and close the access hatch before installing everything.
- The water flow on this unit is roughly ~30% less than my previous unit it replaced. It is usable, but definitely a noticeable difference. The instructions reference a restriction in water flow could be due to a restriction in the filter within the battery box. I did not initially check that filter, because it was a brand new unit (so I assumed it would be just fine). I have not yet taken it apart to try and see if that remedies the problem. Again, it is usable as is, I just wish it had slightly more pressure (yes my water is on full blast beneath the sink and at the handle).

My list of cons may make this look like a negative review, but that is not the case. I am still giving it 4/5 stars. The purpose of my details in the cons is that it may help someone else avoid some of the things that I ran into during my install. I still highly recommend the unit, there are just a few things to be aware of.

Needs back flow preventer

I love this faucet but.... the hot water back flows into the cold water which then goes into my water filter which is attached to the cold water line. There are other comments and reviews on the Costco website where I purchased the faucet and there are other people with the same problem.
Please address this issue.. is there a fix for it? Others have said that the faucet needs a back flow preventer. Can one be added to the faucet? Please advise.

Leaking like crazy

The spray head leaks like crazy. They give no layout as far as any parts that should come with the faucet spray head. So I don't know if I'm missing anything or not. Pay all this money and the thing leaks like crazy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
