Purchased through Costco and arrived within a week. Product was very well packaged. Installation was simple and the quality and features of this faucet is comparable to other high end faucets costing 3x-4x more. Sensor and pulldown features are all working as they should be with no problems. Just received our faucet but it also comes with a 5yr warranty so time will tell. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Solid quality and simple installation

We bought this at Costco.ca based on the strong reviews. Did not disappoint - the faucet sensor works extremely well, the installation process was simple, and overall quality and value far exceeds our expectations.

I bought this kitchen faucet 2 weeks ago and installed it all by myself with a small adjustable wrench.
It was hard to remove existing faucet which was used for about 10 years but was easy to install new faucet by following installation manual.
Just after using a few times, my wife was so happy with this new gadget.
I recommend this faucet to my friends.

I was able to install this quite quickly (considering I have zero plumbing skills). I wasn't sure what to expect with the motion sensor - but it's been great! It turns off and on with such ease.

Recently did a kitchen renovation and bought this faucet from Costco Online. We couldn't be happier with the faucet. The plumber hadn't installed one like it before but he found the instructions easy to follow. Love the motion sensor feature and we use this 90 percent of the time. Love the pull down and switching from spray to single stream is quick and easy.
