I Guess It's Okay!

So bought two of these to try on a special, received them in the mail and took a quick look at them. The concept is very neat and once out of the great packaging job I noticed they were lighter then I expect, but my real complaint comes from the fact that the nozzle will not stay where it is supposed to when you are not using it as a wand. Tried adjusting the weight location, but just could not get it to stay seated, so unfortunately I had to return them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very impressed! Great value for the price, nice design and function, DIY easy installation! Pull down on/off function is awesome, sensor works great. My 7 year old daughter loves it! It would have been nice to have the pull down hose be stainless instead of nylon for quality for wear and tear ... but time will tell. Have recommended to friends and family. Would be great if there was a bathroom version to match!

Great product for the price. Only thing that I don't like is the nylon pull out sprayer, it's a little cheap. Otherwise, met my expectations.

I bought this faucet from costco online. The price was hard to beat as it was cheaper than most pull out/pull down faucets and had the added feature of the motion sensor.
Mounting was about what I expected. The threaded collar with additional screws to tighten is a good idea. Unfortunately the threads on it didn't seem to be cut very well so it was harder to turn that it should have been. I used the single hole mounting method. I found that it was difficult to hold the O-ring in place above the sink. It would be nice if there was a groove under the faucet that would hold it in place.
I installed it a couple of days ago and I'm happy with the looks and function of it now that it's installed. The motion sensor start/stop and the auto start when it is pulled out work great (better than expected to be honest). I just wish the hose on the pull-out was a bit longer.

Great faucet. Easy to install and works as advertised. Bought from Costco.ca and would have preferred chrome as opposed to brushed nickel. Would have paid much more for chrome so I am happy with it as is.

Good installation manual with faucet, easy to follow and all required parts were supplied with the faucet. The flow rate seemed to be a little less with the UP7000BN than with our old manual faucet. So far so good and we are very happy with the way the faucet works.

Bought this faucet for the price and looks from Costco. I like the auto on feature when you pull down the sprayer. I thought the motion sensor, though it was an interesting feature, would not get much use. I was wrong. The motion sensor is very handy when you just want to rinse something off your fingers and even more handy when your hands are covered with dough or raw chicken. We have had the faucet for about a month and are really enjoying it.
