Poor quality control

My first unit had an issue with the electronic box. I think the solenoid valve stopped working. Then less than a year later, the faucet head was stuck in the blocked position, which required replacing the entire faucet. The replacement faucet came with a bad check valve. It's been so much work taking the faucet out and replacing it. The company has been good about supporting their product, and the support staff is knowledgeable, but I shouldn't have had to get to know the support staff so well. The product has poor quality control, and the amount of labor it takes to fix doesn't make it worth while.

Great Faucet

We bought the champagne faucet, to replace our builder's kitchen faucet. The champagne color is like gold. This faucet is so much better then our builder's faucet. And, the motion senser is the best!

High quality, Good looking,

I purchased this unit last week with a good discount. At first, it looks like installing this faucet is very complicated, but actually it was very easy and after watching an installation video, it took me less than an hour to install it. I hope the battery usage is not too much and I din't need to replace batteries frequently. Overall, I recommend this faucet.

The motion automation works perfectly well in our family, very convenient, easy to use and good looking. We love the feauture of being able to pull the nozzle in/out as needed without using the motion center - extremely convenient for washing dishes and save water.
