It is a well made, solid, stylish, functional and the price is reasonable comparing to other competitive brands. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy using it. The installation is straightforward. The various degrees of difficulty lie in the removal of the existing hardware where mileage may vary depending on each own situation. One very important aspect of the installation to consider is that, because the handle is mounted sideways, the faucet requires adequate spacing from the back wall in order to be able to set the water temperature to maximum hot. My best guess is 2.5 inches or more from the center line.
I found the operating instructions on page 16 (for those who read the manual :)) to be confusing. To understand how the faucet works before buying (or playing with the installed hardware), here it is:
1. First, make sure that the faucet is set to "sensor" mode (the valve on the control box turn all the way counterclockwise.)
2. With the spray head retracted and the faucet handle set to the desired flow and water temperature, the faucet will turn on by waving the hand over the sensor. Wave the hand over the sensor once more and and the flow will stop.

Second operating mode: When the spray head is pulled from the resting position, the water will turn on automatically. The water will turn off when the head is retracted to its resting position.
For those who commented about looking for the flow time out setting on the faucet, there is none. Except for what I described, the flow will stop automatically in 3 minutes if water is left on.
One small problem I encountered during the installation is that the bypass valve handle (the knob beneath the control box) interferes with the back wall while turning when the box is mounted to the wall. To solve this problem, I added 3 spacers (2mm-thick nuts) to the back of the three mounting points of the control box.
Overall, this is an excellent choice for a functional kitchen faucet. The operation is simple and everyone can figure it out in no time. I hope that the short instructions above help those who do need them.
The faucet has been working well for a few days since the installation. Time will tell as far as faucet reliability and life of the 4-AA batteries (not included) are concerned.

I purchased this product a month ago for the Kitchen reno. It is a beautiful and high quality product. Very easy to install and operate. The sensor is well calibrated and will not turn on unintentionally. It is a great option/alternative to similar faucets at a higher price point. I would buy it again hands down and definitely recommend buying this faucet to others.

I just purchased this faucet after shopping all the touch free models on the market & am thrilled with it. It has a sleek design & I love that the spray is retractable rather than magnetic as in other brands. The price was lower than some of the other brands & I feel that I have gotten a good product at a reasonable price.

I've done a lot of home DIY projects over the past 20 yrs... I wasn't really looking forward toward installing this myself. The worst part is usually trying to get the nut tight under the sink, where space is limited and hard to reach. Surprisingly, manufacturers have addressed this. Now you just hand tighten the nut, and then tighten a couple of phillips screws to secure the faucet base to the counter. It also helps that I already own an inexpensive 20" long phillips head screwdriver from Harbor Freight. In any event, this faucet was up and running and totally installed in under a couple hours (a record for me). My only complaint is that the faucet will not turn on automatically if the handle/lever is in the OFF position. You have to leave the lever in the ON position, and then use the sensor, or the spray head, in order to activate. Because I am so accustomed by habit to just reaching up and flipping the lever to the OFF position when I am done, the next time I go to the sink, it is in the OFF position, and the sensor will not flip it on... I have to again turn the lever on, and then activate the sensor to get the water to flow. So there is a learning curve here for me. I am hoping that I can get into the groove with this new faucet, and learn to leave the handle in the ON position, and just use the sensor.

I purchased this for my son. It is so wonderful that I bought another one for myself. Looks nice and its Easy to use, I love the handsfree feature which is great when doing various kitchen tasks. I am a clean freak so I love not having to actually touch the tap to turn it on when I have stuff on my hand! Would recommend this to anyone who wants something along this line.
