I am writing a second review having used my faucet for ~2 weeks now. I LOVE It! (and have some enjoyment doing dishes actually) Favorite aspects.. - Easy install (really!) I just had to rotate the angle of the base to ensure the handle could rotate fully to both L/R (cold/hot) - Responsive sensor (and appreciate the hands free aspect much more than I thought I would) - LOVE the fact the pull-down nozzle both retracts fully AND shuts off when docks (this is so helpful) - perhaps my favorite aspect. VERY pleased I replaced an alternate spray nozzle I had put in 2 weeks earlier that I was not satisfied with. This has more useful features.
We replaced a touch faucet with the Flow Faucet. It was easy to install and works perfectly. We have noticed a much greater flow and pressure with this faucet versus the one we had. Well worth the investment.
I bought this at Home Depot website during black Friday. I installed it in a about an hour with the help of a 1 minute video by Flow Motion which made it very easy. I don't have any negatives as I just installed it 12/27/2018. Motion sensor works perfectly ( make sure to turn the knob on the control box), simple elegant design. Very happy so far and hope it last many years as I continue to renovate my kitchen.
I bought this almost a month ago from Costco Burbank. So far I am very happy with the purchase. Love the motion sensing, and love the fact that it turns off by itself after 3 minutes. There is 2-function spray head and it makes it super easy to clean the sink. Also love the pull down faucet head to automatically spray and release to instantly turn the water off. The head sits back in place on its own.
I bought this from Costco and just installed before my kids back from school. My kids love this new motion sensor faucet. It works great and works as expected.
I just installed this faucet as a replacement for another spray faucet I installed last month. I wanted a pull "down" vs. "pull-out (more horizontal)" sprayer I found awkward. Fairly easy, BUT at almost the last step (re-attaching the water supply lines) I discovered they were ~3" too short?? With my other unit they were too long. I don't have a large fancy sink, so not sure why, but I had to make a trip to the hardware store to get additional length of lines (adding additional possible "leak" connector points). ALSO, I was forced to adjust the angle of the base so the handle had room to reach full range for the hot water. It's a bit off kilter, but works to clear my window ledge. So far the sensor feature and sprayer pull on/off is great. Hoping all the connections remain leak free.
