I bought this unit through Costco in the Brushed Satin finish and I had a minor issue with it. Customer Service responded to my concerns the same day and had me back up and running in no time! Good customer service is my number one complaint today and your company gets an A+
The faucet works very well. I love the pull down auto on and off feature and the sleek look. We had a different brand in the past and paid 4 times as much for it. This is a great unit at a fair price.

Absolutely awesome!

I purchased this almost a month ago now. Installation was incredibly simple. I have no prior experience, but it was absolutely a cinch. Other than all the awesome features, the nice high spout, the pull down spray, and the motion sensor that all worked perfectly, my wife's biggest excitement was the added water pressure we have now. I wish I had done this 2 years ago when we first moved in! The price was amazing and we couldn't be happier!

Great Faucet!

My husband bought this faucet and installed it easily. I like the motion sensor feature most of the time. You set the temperature and how far you want the faucet turned on and then when you wave your hand in front of it, it comes on hands free! It's great for when you're working with raw meat or something like that, that you don't want to touch anything else. You can also use it manually if you don't like the motion sensor. I'm not sure if it's the faucet and how far the water has to travel or not but the water pressure is lower than the last faucet that was there. Not a deal breaker tho, it's still sufficient.

great faucet for the price

I brought this from Costco.ca and was confident that I would be happy with it...so far so good. Easy install, and love the motion option. Especially like the fact the water turns off when you retract the pull out nozzle. Only draw back is when you wipe the water drips near the sensor, your motion will be sensed and the faucet will turn off/on...not a big deal as you can wave in front of the sensor to turn it off/on again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Faucet with one slight design flaw

Extremely happy. Set up and installation a breeze. Only issue is the sensor location and sensitivity. Stops water flow prematurely if anything comes near to the sensor that is shiny. When washing pots it keeps turning off and has to be turned on again. Does the same when off. If you are reaching for something or your hand goes near the sensor it will turn on. Has an auto turn off after 3 minutes if it turns on by mistake or it is left on. They need to put the sensor in a different location that is less likely to cause this problem. Other then that this is an amazing faucet. We especially like the added convenience of the auto turn on when you pull out the faucet nozzle to spray or clean inside of pots etc. It automatically turns on and shuts off when it retracts. The sensor issue is not a deal breaker and I would buy it again. Family has already purchased for their homes.

I bought this from Costco. I find this as one of the cheapest i've seen for a faucet with motion sensor. Quality, packaging, setup, and functions are great. It's built in with some smart features. I'm no handyman and i installed it within 30 minutes. Recommended.
