Nice product with good service

I bought the Flow faucet in July 2018 and had it installed. It looks & works great, but recently, a small leak started by the handle. I called their number 847-458-2334, spoke with a gentleman who explained the problem with the cartridge and set me up with a new cartridge. Thanks, and great service!

First, it took me less time to install this faucet than it did to remove the old one. Great design. Beautiful looks. Works perfectly.

I have one of these in my kitchen and loved it so much I bought another for my bathroom! Touchless, fine controls on the warm and cold water control. I have had many people ask where I got it, and say how beautiful it is. It works flawlessly. I highly recommend this product!

Smart Sensor

I installed and have been using for about a month now. Sensor is nicely located and does not turn off/on unintentionally while washing a dish and automatically goes off when faucet is retracted back into holder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful look, great functionality

The sensor works very well. The sensitivity of it is just right for kitchen use. Turns on when I'd expect and doesn't turn on unnecessarily when just working around the sink. The look of this tap is also very good, and the install was very easy!

Great quality faucet with awesome functtionality

I bought this faucet about 4 months ago, and it's been working great from the beginning. It was easy to install and once you get used to it, easy to operate! I have had no issues with leaks or phantom ons, and the quality of the the unit is top-notch! I recommend this to all of my friends and family!

Good at first, but not built to last.

I had a professional plumber install the faucet, so I know it was done right. The automatic sensor worked great, but the batteries kept going out every month or so. Duracell batteries, so not really cheap batteries. Then after a year, the handle broke off. Not as high quality as I first thought. Maybe I just got a defective one. It was great for a while though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
