Bought this from Costco online during their 12 days of Christmas - so glad that we did. Same design look as the other faucet in our bar sink but this one has hands free operation which is very useful when your hands are covered in food 'juices'. Was easy to install (only thing is that it is a small area to work in under a sink), and like it that it can be adjusted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy for my husband to install. Ordered from Costco and came quickly. Like the idea of the hands free. When handling chicken etc. I don't touch the faucet to wash my hands - nice safety feature.

I bought the UP7009-1-5-BN online as a lark, because the chrome plating on our existing kitchen sink fixture was peeling off. Working on the sink is always challenging, but I managed to remove the old fixture and install the new one with minimal cursing. I expected some whining from family members as they learned to use the sensor, but it has really gone quite smoothly. The valve is quiet and reliable. It will be months before I can intelligently comment on battery life, and years before I can intelligently comment on the longevity of the fixture. But the experience of ordering, installing, and using the fixture has been uniformly positive.

Quality, style and functionality.

Bought this from Costco on sale. First I checked reviews online from different sites and all were very positive. Very easy to install. Great functionality with the touchless sensor and especially the auto on/off when you pull out the faucet head. Also has 3 minute auto shut off feature. Although wife prefers chrome finish, the brushed nickel at Costco shows no finger prints! Only wish the head was metal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been looking for a touchless kitchen faucet at a price I can afford. I found this faucet at Costco in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and it was on sale. This motion sensor kitchen faucet (brushed nickel) is easy to use. You can easily switch from a touchless faucet to a manual one, or you can use the pull down faucet if you just want to wash your hands. I’m so glad I made the decision, this faucet made my kitchen sink less messy.

Bought this before Christmas through Costco.ca - delivery was quick as usual. Enjoying the touch free feature more than I thought I would - especially while cooking. The style makes it much easier to handle tall pots in the sink. Only had a couple of mishaps while getting used to the touch free feature.
