GARBAGE PRODUCT

First, the functionality does not match the product description. The seat and water are not staying heated as advertised, and despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, we have had no success resolving the issue.
Second, the build quality is shockingly poor. This is an adult-only household, and we’ve treated the product with care. No one is overweight, and yet the lid broke off without any pressure or weight applied. In addition, we’ve discovered cracks developing in the structure during routine cleaning. We’ve only had it installed for a short time, and it’s already falling apart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the 1200 primarily because of its elongated size, as my previous bidet was round, and its inclusion of theTurbo wash function as well as the feeling that an ‘upgrade’ was due. However, I am extremely disappointed with its performance. In comparison to the BB 1000, for my view the cleaning process of the 1200 falls short in several areas.
The water pressure is significantly lower, the cleaning is sub par and include fewer cleaning options and settings, and the light is dimmer plus, it is not blue and cannot be independently turned on or off. The Turbo wash feature, which is a requirement for me is underwhelming as to be nonexistent. While the BB 1000 didn’t technically have a Turbo/vortex wash option , I found its performance in this regard to be significantly more effective than the 1200.
Additionally, I’v experienced consistent issues with the app and connectivity. Setting aside for a moment that it functions and seems a gimmick. The app always forgets the paired 1200, requiring me to pair it again. As the app functionality isn’t particularly useful for me I’ve stopped attempting to use it.
Another point of dissatisfaction is that the BB 1200 does not remember the previous use settings, which was a convenient feature on the BB 1000. Not exactly ‘rembering’ the last setting as much as getting directly to it. As I live alone, this feature was particularly useful.
While I regret having to provide such a negative review, my dissatisfaction with the BB 1200 is complete, is genuine and based on the significant differences I’ve encountered compared to the BB 1000.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful product. It works like a charm. Here’s the trick when installing use the black rubber mounts that come with it but make sure they are installed the way the picture shows them flush to the toilet. If you don’t do that step like that it won’t work and the seat remains wobbly. Otherwise, once installed the seat works amazingly!!! The remote is easy to use and we mounted it on the wall. The wash feature is super cool!!! You can heat the water and much more. The dryer is such a cool feature!!! You don’t even need to use toilet paper after using this seat. I love it and I definitely 100% recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is insane! It’s heated, it fits perfectly, and it looks great. It’s definitely for an elongated toilet seat. You also have to make sure there is a plug in your bathroom. That was one issue we had at first, but we were able to make it work!

Best Bidet on Ther Market

I have been wanting to purchase a bidet for so long and I can honestly say that this one is by far above the rest in quality than the others I have seen. Also I love the heated seat, water, and dryer. I was extremely impressed of how it also has a dryer as part of the bidet.

Good quality but needs a power source

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bidet is surprisingly lightweight. Be careful to size correctly for your toilet. It is easy to set up and a great quality. Our biggest issue is it needs to be plugged into a wall outlet. Makes sense to power it but our toilets are on the opposite end of the bathroom from the outlets. It’s not far and the cord reaches but needs to stretch across the floor/sink. Otherwise, it’s perfect and even comes with a remote. A great addition we didn’t know we needed!
