Won’t charge my watch

Out of the box the charger was incompatible with my Apple Watch. The watch read that the charger was not supported by apple

The absolutely coolest and most functional Dock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Powerhouse charging dock looks like something you would see in a Science Fiction movie ! I charge my phone and my apple watch with this Dock at the same time. It definitely looks very cool on my bedside table. I have reduced the clutter as well with this awesome charging dock. I think the two most important features of this charging dock are the weight and the adjustable charging port . Don’t worry about knocking this over at night when you reach for your phone. It is heavy enough (and slip resistant) to not get pushed around or off your bedside table. The best feature is the adjustable charging port for your phone . You can raise and lower the lightning charger to your desired height no matter how big or small your phone case is! Plus the charging port has flexibility so any phone case will fit no matter how wide or tall! I’m definitely going to buy another one of these for my office!

The exact bedside accessory I've been looking for

The angle of the phone charging allows one to easily check notifications, etc., without having to pick the phone up, or try with it laying down. This is a solid, sturdy, product, that allows for multiple phone case designs & thickness.

Good Charge Dock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure: I was sent this product to review. If I had gotten this charging dock last year I probably would be raving about it. Don't get me wrong, it does a great job of charging my iPhone and my Apple Watch. I love that it charges them in a way that lets me still access the screens if I need to. The reason I don't feel that same excitement for this product as I would have is that for almost a year now I've gotten spoiled by wireless charging. I can probably count the times my iPhone 8 Plus has been plugged in to charge without running out of fingers and toes. As such, plugging my iPhone into the lightning adapter on the base felt awkward and frustrating. The adapter is well made and the adjustable size makes it so it works well with my iPhone whether its in a case or not. As I said, I love the angle it holds my iPhone and Apple Watch at. I would love the product if I could just put my iPhone down on it without having to fumble around to get it plugged in. If you own an iPhone that doesn't charge wirelessy and an Apple Watch, I would highly recommend this product. If you don't care about wireless charging, I would also highly recommend it. If Belkin was to make this exact stand with Qi charging instead of a lightning adapter, I'd get 2!

I like products that simply do exactly what they are designed to do with no frills. The PowerHouse Charge Dock is such a product. The reason I only rated three stars, however, is due to the futzing around often required to line up the phone to settle into the Lightning jack. I previously owned the more expensive Valet charging dock which was zapped out of operation from a thunderstorm. I chose to replace it with the less expensive PowerHouse. Whereas on the Valet, I was always able to quickly and easily set my phone into place, the flexible nature of the Lightning jack on the PowerHouse dock frequently causes me to have to spend an extra few moments getting the phone settled into place. I was also a fan of the watch band attachment that came with the Valet but not with the PowerHouse.
In short, the PowerHouse does the job, but if I had it to do over, I would have purchased another Valet. It's worth the extra money.

Just not on!!!

I loved the convenience of this stand. It charged my iPhone 7 Plus and watch perfectly, less cables, great! Until I updated to an iPhone XS now the charge drops in and out and is useless! I love my Apple products but now I need to buy the latest stand when it is supposedly released in December. Why can’t these items be compatible for all devices!!! Makes me mad.
