Works Excellent

Literally perfect, no notes. Was worried this wasn't going to work on my Linux laptop, but it was as plug and play as it gets! No fussing with proprietary software or drivers needed, no setup needed beyond the usual custom hotkeys and pen pressure stuff I like. The pen and its buttons are very comfy, the movement and pressure sensitivity is great. Build quality feels nice. The price hits rather steep for $200+, but that's the case for literally every piece of tech these days ;-;

I never even received it

I have no idea if the product is good. It’s been two weeks, and apparently it never left the warehouse. I’m very disappointed. It was supposed to be a gift for my son. I had nothing to give him. I don’t think I I will order from Best Buy online again. I never had this happen with any other company.

Delivery / Usage Isseus

Delivery:
First off, the delivery company BestBuy used was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. On the day of the delivery, when tracking site said "you're next", one person from this company called me at 6:45pm and asked if it was okay to deliver it "first thing in the morning next day". I said it was fine. And then there was nothing till 1:30pm next day - no tracking updates or anything. I had to call them multiple times and finally it was delivered. This is what happens when you use "basement run" cheap companies for deliveries.

Using the Tablet:
And then I downloaded the drivers and started using it. Connected it to my new Mac Studio (M2 Max) via Bluetooth. Tablet worked for a few minutes and then stopped responding. And I got the message "The Application WacomTouchDriver.app" is not open anymore" !
I went through the downloading the drivers and setting up again and multiple rebootings of the computer, but the same result. I only had this connected less than two hours, and I was not able to use it successfully for 10 minutes.

Very disappointed, this thing is going back to where it came from right now!!

A MUST for Graphic Design

HUGE learning curve, but very worth it. Just stick to it, it took me a month to feel comfortable with it. Now it's an extension of my hand and I couldn't imagine doing my work without it. I don't use a mouse, just this and the laptop trackpad. Especially convenient for you left-handed folks because then your right hand can continue to reach for a mouse if you really want. (I did that at the beginning when learning to use the Wacom.)

This, without a doubt, is an excellent graphics "tool". The only reason I did not give it a higher rating is because I found it extremely difficult to set up and more so, to use. There are no instructions other than basic start up. You have to go on line and then follow the instructions, which I did. But, even then, I had trouble using it. I'm not that computer savvy but I get by...except on this !
Again, it is not the fault of the tablet...
