How easy they cut, they are very sharp. Also how easy it is to clean them. I feel they are very sanitary to use in the kitchen. I highly recommend them.

We’ve been using this for a while, and it’s still as sharp as the day we got it! It feels great in our hands, and it makes cutting chicken breast bones a breeze. I’d definitely recommend it.
