Very good watch! I made the jump from Apple and I don’t plan on going back. If you’re looking for a watch that keeps track of your activity monitors your heart rate. While still having a rugged look this is your watch!

Great for multi use functionality

I bought this watch after talking to some other buddies who are in the fire service as it gives us the second counter for when we’re running medical calls but it also allows me to track my off shift working out. The features are fantastic and I haven’t had any issues with anything on the watch so far. I have recommended it to a couple other buddies who bought the newer version since this one is no longer available and they share the same sentiment.

Instinct 2 replaced my D2 Charlie.

My deceased son gave me his old D2 Charlie Aviator's watch a year or so before he died. I got used to some of the features. Knowing the age of the battery and watch Garmin would not service the watch. I missed the features I grown accustomed to, the Instinct came the closest to D2 Charlie.

Golf app doesn't work

Received as a gift, recommened as it's supposed to have a golf app. Tried it a few times and it doesn't work. Very sad. Buy a dedicated golf watch instead.

I received this watch as a birthday and Father’s Day gift and it has not disappointed. As an older athlete, I’m finding the things that it monitors to be very helpful and important. I already feel like I wouldn’t want to be without it!
