It's lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear. Battery life is decent about 3 weeks use. Charging is quick, longer battery life would make it more travel friendly. Functional smartwatch for everyday fitness and notifications also tracks steps, heart rate, sleep, and workouts accurately. Notifications from the phone come through without delay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable smartwatch.

I like the watch but it is a pain to program. Have to look thru instructons( printed them. I like to highlight. Throw away pages for fishing, hunting)

Bought my first Instinct3 a few years back, wear it all the time, except when l put on my elegant watches (automatic analogs), very pleased with functionality, ease of use, light weight… Had once an issue, got replaced, no fuss about it! So l got my second Instinct just yesterday, different color to match my outfits. You cannot go wrong with this simple and reliable watch!

I absolutely love the Simplicity of an old school basic non-color screen!! The battery life is amazing, and you can max out pretty much everything including the GPS settings and still have a week or two of battery left!!
Don't splurge and try and spend tons of money on a super high-end watch, this fits the bill and then some, especially as a fitness tracker for cycling it's hands down a game changer!!

I bought the instinct 2 and was so impressed with the functionality that I traded it in for the instinct 3 . I have been so happy with the instinct series that I will always wear it.
