Great tool for an outdoor and health tracking

Bought this for myself after gifting my partner with with Vivoactive3. I love this watch. Simple looking, no unnecessary fancy features. Battery truly lasts 30 days, definitely decreases a bit with tracking skiing or hiking.

The perfect watch for your everyday outdoorsman

I chose this watch because I wanted something rugged, I wanted something that would last and I didn't want to break the bank.
This watch checked all the boxes. I've had my Garmin Instinct for 5 years now and I haven't once considered getting a new watch. It is perfect for logging your activities and navigating in a pinch. After about 4 years I needed to buy a new watch strap mine started to break. I once lost my watch on a golf course for 4 months (in a temperate rainforest) someone eventually found it and got in touch with me and it worked perfectly fine.
The battery life Is very impressive. If I am not logging activities It can go around 2 weeks without a charge. If I am logging daily runs I have to charge it about once a week. when ( or if ) this watch ever needs to be replaced I will be buying another one.

It's a simple watch that does what it needs to and can take a beating, it's lasted through one fire season so far and this winter in the field in sub zero temps.

I am law enforcement and reserve military and this is a watch that can take everything you throw at it and then some. Works great on the job and in recreational time. I've used this watch running, swimming, hiking, and scuba diving without any issues.

Never did I owned a watch that is able to follow me along no matter the activity I'm doing. Battery life is great. GPS works great. No color or amoled screen but do you really need that? I know I don't. I mostly will not want to pay for that either. Value for features, it is hard to find a comparable GPS watch other than the Coros Pace 3...
