I love the battery life and ability to record my mountain bike rides and other activities. I also enjoy being able to control what I get alerted about. I moved from an apple watch that was constantly updating me about things I didn't want to know about while working out. The Garming Instinct allows me to remove that option easily.

Really happy with the accuracy and features of this watch. Comfortable to wear throughout the day/night. Seems the weather needs to be constantly refreshed through the Garmin connect app however.

Great training tool to make sure you get your prime training. I use this for mountain biking, hiking, lifting, etc. it is way easier that the old instinct solar. The lay out is better and much easier to use but still familiar. There really isn't a need to get the Fenix or Epix unless your needs require it. For everyday training and use this is a great value. I can keep up with my training and see how I'm progressing. Highly recommend
