So far I am not impressed with this smart watch. The heart rate monitor is incorrect frequently and it seems like anytime the censor gets water or sweat of any amount it sends an alert that my watch is worn improperly. Also it seems like sweat also causes the heart rate monitor to be incorrect. There are times that my watch doesn't move and I get an alert that my watch is being worn improperly. Overall I'm not impressed by this watch. I got this watch as part of a study, if I had bought it I would have returned it.

Great features.

I like the fact that it only has to be charged every 28 days. This was a big factor in my purchase.

accuracy. Instructions not user friendly (maybe I'm not smart enough user). Strength program not helpful to me. Previous smart watch more friendly for strength results. I'll keep using, maybe even get smarter.:-)

I like this unit but have a hard time trying to figure the features out. It is not easy to navagate. I could use some help.

I upgraded from the Instinct to the Instinct 2

I have used and loved the Garmin Instinct watch for well over 5 years. My old watch still worked but the battery life was down to a few days which I couldn't tolerate when on the go. The new watch has many more features than I ever dreamed and a battery life of 30 days. i

Loving my Instinct 2.

I've had my watch for a couple weeks now and so far its been a great experience. Still learning how to access and use the the functions. The only issue I've had so far is my Instinct 2 is linked up with my fitness pal app. And the step count feature with calories burned doesn't always transfer over to my fitness pal app. It usually transfers the steps but doesn't give me credit for calories burned.

So far so good, I have had the Instinct 2 for 3 weeks and am still learning all of the features that it has. One of the most impressive features is the longevity of the battery.
