Everything I need for my active lifestyle

At first it was tricky to get used to the buttons and not a touch screen but after a week I became a pro. Tracks my walks, runs, hikes and workouts with no problems even includes pickleball. Sun rise and sunset is pretty accurate so I know when I need to head back from a trail.

Love it!!

I've had it for a month.. Once you get used to the buttons and functions it's pretty easy to use. I track all my runs walks hike HIIT and strength workouts. I've brought it into my sauna steam room hot tub and cold bath and swims and it's still going. Only takeaway I wish I got the Solar. But battery life is still good..

Disappointed in the "upgrade"

I purchased the 2S, and due to inconsistent readings, contacted Garmin who helped with an exchange. I went with the 2, as my previous watch was the Instinct, and I liked the size. I continue to have issues with inconsistent readings on my preferred wrist. Customer Service suggested my tattoo could be interfering with reads. My tattoo is one simple word. And, I wear it on the non-preferred wrist, it is in my way. It is more consistent, which is interesting, as I have a tattoo on this wrist also. I did not have these issues with Instinct. So, be cautious if you have ink.
I like the features of the Instinct, I simply wish it was consistent in readings.

Instinct 2 Replacing Forerunner 630

I purchased Instinct 2 about three weeks ago, and it took less than a day to become about 90% proficient in its use. I like the use of buttons rather than a pressure sensitive screen.
It has so many more useful screens than the Forerunner 630. I use it primarily for outdoor exercise, and it provides all the information I need plus some useful non-exercise information.

Great Watch And Tracker

I have had this watch for just a couple of weeks. I have used it on hikes as well as a variety of workouts in the gym. I have found the Instinct 2 to be much easier to use and navigate than my previous old Garmin Vivoactive. So many improvements have been made. This watch has metrics I can actually use. I love it and would recommend the new Instinct 2 to anyone looking for a watch/activity tracker, who is serious about keeping track of their activities and physical progress.
