Best watch in my collection!

I have had this watch two weeks and the features are great! So comfortable that I wear it all day! This is making me more conscious of my health and well being. My other watches are going too be very lonely!!!

this watch is amazing for anyone trying to track their growth in an activity! I do think there are just a couple of problems. I wish this watch has a morning report. other than that, this watch is great!

Happy with the watch. It has all the functions I require and many more that I don't.
Overall happy with the watch.
The only drawback, in my opinion, is the instructions are not clear and somewhat confusing. But then again, it may just be me.

Solid and satisfying overall

Using for two weeks mainly for walking and hiking. Excellent HR, distance, intervals, and map data. I applied two 'hot keys' for timer and HR functions. The 'quick glance' was easy to install after some study with the Garmin videos. I really like the barometer function and ABC button. The compass is challenging... I think it tells me the direction I am walking not the direction where I pivot my wrist. I am attempting to add the golf activity but not yet successful. The mono screen works well for my purposes. I wanted a 'smart-enough' watch but not a true 'smart watch'. Instinct 2 fits that description. Good value. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Still learning how to expand its usage. I have used a Garmin S20 for golf x years so I had some advance knowledge about the button arrangements.

More useful than I thought

I picked up my Instinct 2 as a durable watch to use in the field as a small navigation aid. But I have found that it much more than that. Its health and fitness functions have proven as useful as the GPS function, and I have improved my sleep and exercise habits based on the information the watch provides. I paired up easily with my iPad, although it doesn’t need to be paired with another device to be fully functional. The display is clear and readable. The operating system is easily learned. The battery life is amazing, measured in weeks instead of hours.

My Instinct watch died and this is the replacement. It has a better battery than my old watch and the functions work. It has some minor changes in starting and saving activities. Buy this one instead of the original.
