[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a 5 pack for our mobile technicians and so far we are pleased. The labeled buttons are awesome for teaching the new guys how to use them. Displeased to find they did not come with SD cards, this wasn't obvious in the listing. I'm glad we got 5 "spares" at the same time.

Don't know if I like this product or not. It did.not come with an SD card, like shown in the product picture, and the one I ordered from their website apparently is not the correct one. So basically, I have yet another paperweight sitting on my coffee table serving no purpose.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
