Does not support DP alt mode and I can't find a dock that supports.

Indeed, this laptop model's USB-C port doesn't support DP Alt Mode. If you intend to connect a monitor using a Dock, this USB-C port doesn't support video-out. Activating the laptop after it's been sleeping is difficult. Pushing the power button doesn't always cause the display to show anything. Everything else about the laptop is great.

We do understand your concern regarding this laptop not waking up from sleep mode. If this laptop has been in sleep mode for a long time, the power button needs to be pressed and held down until the unit wakes up successfully. Or, if a recent WINDOWS Update was just installed, it will go into a black screen temporarily while updates are being applied in the System Registry. Another solution is try to shut down the unit completely by pressing and holding the power button until it power off. Wait for at least 10 seconds then press the power button to power on. I have been very pleased with my Vivobook Go. The keyboard is very well designed both for spacing od the keys and push distance. The startup and shut down are fast, and I appreciate the plug in notification. My processor's speed (AMD Ryzen 7000 Series 3) is very fast and solid. The screen is sharp and steady. No complaints at all.
