I purchased this for a backup of my PC. I did not need a super high speed processor, tons of RAM and fancy lights and tons of storage. This unit is perfect. FAST start up due to the NVME hard drive. Connects and plays you tube videos perfectly. Small, Lightweight. Perfect for internet browsing and you tube videos. Highly Recommend this unit!!

Slightly disappointed because compared to my last Hp laptop, which is 6 years old, it’s a bit flimsy feeling and the screen seems a bit fuzzy. But everything works fine. Not sure I should have switched from metal to plastic frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe the slowness of this machine. I was ok with the shipping delays given the pandemic. I bought this last Thanksgiving and it just arrived this week.
To my surprise the machine keeps on hanging while doing some mail actions or internet browsing. This is brand new so I am not sure why the slowness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My son Christmas present status for shipping has been the same since 12/14. The paperwork attached to the package wasn’t sufficient. Possibly and mostly will not be delivered in time. I understand it is the holidays but that isn’t an excuse for improper paperwork for shipment.
