Screen is excellent and runs well, but after three weeks the left speaker just stopped working and now the right one is getting fuzzy despite never having the volume pushed to max.

The only thing I do not like is getting used to the numeric keypad. I also need to turn off the touch pad since I use a mouse. I am forever accidentally hitting the touch pad and off my computer goes somewhere it should not.

My grandmother bought this for me in June. I had only had a Chrome Book since I was in Middle School. They will still use them in high school but it's nothing like a real laptop. It can do everthing and anything I need it to do. This is the first real laptop I've ever owned. I'm still learning how to use everything. My grandmother has had hers for 6 years and hasn't had problems with it at all.
