The computer is light with a comfortable keyboard. It starts up quickly and processes fast enough for what I am using it for. The only complaint I have is the software. I am not sure if it is the computer processor or a problem with the software itself, but I am getting a "not responding" message quite often. It usually take less than 5 seconds to resolve, but it is noticeable and for that reason I wen with 4 stars.
