Delivery was on time in perfect condition. Tracking delivery was excellent. The second day that I was setting it I noticed that the numeric keypad was totally inactive after I entered my pin. I looked for help online and found that all the help that I accessed was for Windows 10 not 11. I finally was able to get chat help and the tech took over. After about 45 minutes of working with it, he decided that the only solution was to go back to factory set up. It works fine now. I would expect that Microsoft would have help for Windows 11 ready before they released it. Most of the help probably works for 11 technically, but it does not look the same-the choices and buttons are different.
Love it! Sometimes it runs a takes a little longer to navigate. Has to think. Maybe I'll call in about this since it's a 16G. I have high speed internet. But overall I'm very happy!
Have only had the computer for two weeks and even though I love the style the computer is slow and freezes often. Especially when trying to utilize multiple tabs when browsing and having different applications open.
I am a little slow getting use to Windows 11. I am 83 years young, but as the old saying goes, You can't teach an old dog new tricks. That is not exactly true but it does become harder.
