The laptop seems to operate well my problem with the laptop is the graphics. Everything is washed out. This makes reading anything on the computer very difficult. I even paid the extra money to use HP's computer on line help desk. The help desk tried everything to fix the problem but could not. They finally had to change the settings to a high contrast setting so the print could be read.

The Display is the biggest problem with the Laptop, Ghostly images at different angles of viewing. Get a better display for the customers, Also cpu speed never hits 4ghz. So why put one in there of that speed, does not make sense. 16gb of Ram, is the sweet spot!, nice build quality, Wifi should be wifi 6,
