Good price, loose piece rolling around inside

Both were delayed with delivery and took almost 4 weeks and came after xmas (one was an xmas gift). One is fine, the other one has a loose piece (sounds like a little metal ball??) rolling around the inside of the laptop from the day I got it. I just sent it back to get it fixed. They are not sending me a new one, just fixing the one I received Not thrilled with that.
