Delivery of the PC took longer than expected.

The performance of the PC is excellent, with rapid start-up and quick response to everyday computing tasks.
When the PC goes to sleep or is requested to go to sleep, the PC acts as expected. But when started up from sleep, the PC does not recognize the WIFI capability and cannot connect to the internet. The only solution that works is to shutdown the PC and restart it. Then WIFI is recognized. When the WIFI was not working, no actions available with the PC helped. HP tools could not find WIFI. Windows 10 Pro could not identify that hardware was installed to connect to WIFI.
Hopefully, this is the only design/operation flaw that the PC has.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
