I have not installed the Toner Cartridge let. I knew that the one that I had was running low to keep printing. It's good to have a backup when you need to replace the worn out one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lack of quality and quantity

After approximately 250 copies the quality falls off and the total number of copies obtained per cartridge is much less than advertised.
The ink is very light. There is no difference in quality between this new toner and the low toner cartridge that was replaced. The printer could not authenticate the toner. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is difficult to know what the problem might be, but I'd be sure to check the print settings and perhaps run a diagnostic.
