I'm ok with the product. The price is outrageously expensive and totally non competitive; what choice did I have? I did appreciate the ease of replacing the cartridge in the printer and liked how the company fosters recycling the used ones.
Once delivered, the cartridge was easily installed. What I really love is the recycling option of the used cartridge: the cartridge box was designed to make recycling and reuse easy. Our country needs more of that. easy recycling and reuse.
my printer almost immediately started showing low on ink. this cartridge ran out incredibly fast

The toner lasts and lasts, after you get the first warning sign of faded print. Just a quick shake of the cartridge gives you 100s of additional prints.

there is nothing intuitive about this. check the chip for damage. where is the chip? there is a tab that needs to be pulled out. how far to pull? will it pop out completely? should i cut it ? no way to know. awful! there are no written instructions anywhere. the visual symbols are dark and indecipherable.
