The back piece doesn’t sit right definitely a quality control issue. This is causing me back pain as I am not sitting right. I would give a 5 star in case Staples replaces it with a better one.

Comfortable and stylish chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I thought the Emerge Vomax Chair was awesome. It's super comfy with a well-padded seat and back. The lumbar support cushion took a little getting used to but the more I sat in the chair the more I got used to it and actually started liking it. I work from home and am in the chair most of the workday and find it works well for my home office needs. The only feature I didn’t like quite as much was how easily the chair tilted back when I unlocked it. There wasn’t much of any resistance on the tilt itself going back and as a result I kind of just go right to the extreme tilt position when I would have preferred to be just somewhat titled being supported by some resistance on the tilt. I just end up using the chair with the tilt locked and it’s fine. There weren't a ton of adjustments needed on the chair past that. Overall it’s a comfy and enjoyable chair. Great for use in a home office or if you’re spending a bunch of time in front of the computer gaming! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
