Only one small issue while putting it together: On the seat where the arm connects: We needed to press on the area really hard to get the screw to connect (tapped it with a rubber mallet to get it close enough to catch.) Mass manufactured so... Other than that the chair is comfortable and I really like the foot rest. I just flip it over and keep it close if I want to put a leg up while sitting at my desk. Overall I would recommend it.

For the price you can’t beat the chair. I use it as my office work chair and though it lacks some controls of a classic office chair there are enough options to adjust for neck and lumbar with the design and cushion. Overall it appears well built. I think the arms may become an issue but we’ll see long term. I’d give this a strong 4.5 stars.
