Decent Gaming and Office Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Emerge Gaming Chair is a decent chair but your mileage may vary depending on personal tastes and preferences. With a sleek look that doesn’t oversell the “Gamer Chair” ostentatiousness that some chairs lean into the Emerge is certainly an aesthetically pleasing addition to your game room. It features a rather nice mesh back for cooling an adjustable and removable lumbar support section and an interesting leg brace extension that can be folded out from under the chair to serve as a full footrest when extended. The bonded leather is pleasant to the touch and again aesthetically pleasing. The chair is solid easy to assemble (I so appreciated each step of the process being clearly separated into different bags) and swivels and moves easily. The chair is tall however and some might find it difficult to fit under most desks despite lowering the chair to its lowest setting with the adjusting levers underneath. Additionally the chair lacks any real resistance when you lean back in it: you can either lock the back into place solid or unlock it for completely free movement leaning forward and backward. When unlocked you essentially just fall completely back as opposed to some other chairs that have resistance. This might not be an issue for some but as someone who likes to rock and shift in my chair a lot having to lock it rigidly into place just doesn’t work for me. With a taller desk setup and less need to move about in my chair I can certainly see myself in it. For those for whom these issues are of lesser importance I would absolutely recommend this chair as a solid investment. Very comfortable gaming chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Emerge Vomax chair arrived in a box full of many parts that took over 30 minutes to assemble with two people. After that I have to say I am quite happy with the chair the seat cushion and back mesh are very comfortable to recline into and the pivot from upright to reclining is smooth. The ability to recline back with a leg rest really make this chair a nice experience to relax in while gaming or watching a movie. The mesh back allows for good air circulation so you don’t get hot. You can’t use the lumbar support pillow while having the leg rest out but its easy enough to remove and reattach. The chair design itself has a nice technical look. Unfortunately the chair we received came with two right arms so our chair only has one arm rest attached and the arm rests are not height adjustable. The chair itself is still comfortable with lots of great features and its easy to adjust it to each person that wants to sit in it. Comfy chair pain to put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all putting this chair together is a complete pain. It comes in a million pieces and is super frustrating. Once it’s finally together it actually is very comfortable and great to use. You just have to have the patience and ability to put the chair together. I loved the design like the breathability tilt lumbar support and foot rest. I do wish that the bottom wheels were able to be secured so if you lift the chair up the wheels stay with the chair. You have to realign the chair to the bottom portion since it falls out. Overall great chair but had to dock a star for the frustrating build component. Grateful to have received this chair as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel

Top of the line gaming chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair arrived in a large box and was very well packaged. It took about 30-45 minutes to put together alone due to the size of the chair and me being a 5”5 female. I was able to do it without any big difficulty but I just had to reposition myself a couple of times. There are two ways plastic pieces that snap on the back on the chair. They were a pain to put on but the rest of the chair was easy. Each piece was careful designed and you can tell. The bonded leather seat and breathable mesh back is very nice as well. It is very sleek and comfortable size chair that is a great improvement from my current 5 year old gaming chair. Once I finished putting it together I relaxed in it of course. It reclines in a gentle fashion and not in a throwing jolting manner. Believe me I have had chairs like that and they are not fun. This chair also has a retractable footrest which I never had on any of my gaming chairs. It was very nice to be able to put my feet up while I was on the computer and helped with the mild back pain I get when sitting. It has various areas that can be adjusted to your preference. I will tell you the bottom cushion is SO VERY COMFORTABLE! I normally have to move around a lot because the normal gaming chairs just don’t have a lot of cushion. This one does and it is wonderful. The chair moves/glides with ease on wood floors and did not cause any damage to the floor. I would suggest Emerge Vomax Bonded Leather Gaming Chair for any gamer as this is worth the investment. OVERALL REVIEW- Emerge Vomax Bonded Leather Gaming Chair has a very nice overall design and is well constructed. This is one of the most comfortable gaming chairs I have ever sat in. You can really adjust it to each person which is a fantastic feature. It fit a 5”5 woman and over 6” man with ease. Even my 10 year old and 7 year old kids loved it! I highly recommend it! Invest in a chair that is higher quality and last. I received this gaming chair from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
