Ethernet connection is slow

Hi there. When I connect the Ethernet cable, the connection speed is much slower via the Ethernet cable than via wireless. Ethernet cable 90 Mbs wifi 200 Mbs. Same cable in other Macbook gives also 200 Mbs

Good idea , needs improvement

Pros: it works
Cons: you cannot use it if you have a case on. I actually had to cut off a section of the case( good thing it is not expensive) in order to use the hub.
It is still not perfect - the hub sticks a couple of millimeters above the body, thus preventing full lid closure which also has case cover.
Bottom line - buy it only if your MBP is naked or be prepared to take the case off every time you want to use the hub

I was so excited when I saw this product, I ordered two. Now I am sorry I did. My main concern with it is that it doesn’t support the Apple adaptors I have going from USB-C to other formats. So if I need to go from USB-C, to say, Firewire or some other format, I have to plug the adaptor directly into the MacBook USB-C port, which then means a I can’t use the 6-2 hub. Major issue if you have several; legacy devices like I do. This is especially frustrating when I was hoping that this would be a one device solution for them.
