The Ethernet port is NOT working in Windows 10 and Mac OS Catalina. The rest of the port work great though.

Ordered it before I even ordered the MBP. Performs as expected and makes life so much easier without all those required dongles if you do anything outside the box.

I have ordered/owned several USB-C hubs from HYPER for my MacBook Pro:
1) performed without any problems
2) extend access with legacy USB-A accessory
3) conned via ethernet
4) well designed and excellent quality
5) compact (this is the main reason I choose HYPER)

So far, until all accessory either become native USB-C or wireless, I am looking to HYPER for their next product.
Now I am trying it on my iPad Pro...

Works great, as long as you don't touch it or move things around. I keep my cables plugged into it because trying to take out a cable or even just moving it disconnects the whole hub 95% of the time.
I can't plug in my charger and Apple Cinema Display 30 into the hub at the same time (the display only works with the 40Gbps port for some reason) but I just plug the charger into a different port. I've only had it for a week or two but so far so good!

Disappointing

So far, it does what it's supposed to, but very poorly. Charging both my computer and phone is much slower, and the phone keeps losing the connection. Would not recommend.

I am very sorry for the experience, The HyperDrive Net should charge the Macbook at 60W so you should not feel any difference, if you are charging the phone using USB 3.0 USB-A port, it will charge at standard USB Power/Speed. If you continue to feel slow charging with HyperDrive that is abnormal please contact us support@hypershop.com
