M1 Macbook User here. The product works great and as intended. The Ethernet cable port has to be manually folded out, I had to figure that out on my own.

The device allows me more ports on my MacAir M1, and unlike another such item doesn't cause static in my audio recordings (I'm a voice actor recording audiobooks).

HyperDrive TUBE 6-in-1 USB-C Hub

Extremely happy with my Hyperdrive Tube 6-in-1 USB-C Hub. Device is solid construction that looks and works great with my new Lenovo T470s ThinkPad. All I need now is a USB-C to VGA to run my 2nd monitor.

Cannot use with Apple 27-inch Thunderbolt display

Unfortunately, I cannot use this hub with my Apple 27-inch Thunderbolt display. I have an Apple Thunderbolt-to-USB-C adapter; but when I plug the adapter into the 100W USB-C port on the Hyperlink hub, after a few minutes the display begins flashing.

Multiple Ports

Just what I needed to take advantage of USB C ports with legacy devices. Have already benefitted from the multiple ports, USB and HDMI. Compact and light in weight.

Excellent product, but beware of Big Sur issues

I've used this for 6 months now and am very happy about it.
Now that I've upgraded to Big Sur (I'm a developer so I'm always on bleeding edge release) I have issues with the Ethernet randomly disconnecting after a few minutes of medium intensity use (e.g. video call). When this happens it also won't come back up until I physically disconnect and reconnect the whole hub. In Windows on the same machine I can even stream to Twitch up + down for hours without any issues so it must be the new driver structure in Big Sur.
So I definitely recommend it, but not if you have upgraded or plan to upgrade to Big Sur soon.
If there is a solution to this, I'll happily update my review to the 5 stars I would have given it a month ago.
