am incredibly impressed with this 7-inch Santoku knife. The out-of-the-box sharpness is exceptional, making it effortless to slice, dice, and chop through vegetables and proteins alike. Its ergonomics are fantastic—the handle feels completely secure and comfortable in the hand, minimizing fatigue during long prep sessions.
The hollow edge is a game-changer for clean food release, preventing starchy potatoes or sticky vegetables from clinging to the blade. It has held its edge beautifully so far, showing excellent edge retention and high stain resistance. It's truly an excellent kitchen addition!
