Great quality German made knifes for the home chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great quality knives for the home chef on a budget. Of course they are not a nice as the forged Zwilling professiotnal knives. They are very sharp and cut great. They are stamped out of high quality German steel. The knives are on the light side but the sharpness makes up for that. They are actually made in German not Spain or China like some of the lower end sets. I think these are a great buy. I ordered the matching hollow edge Santuko knife to fill the empty slot in my block.
