Great alternative to the PRO line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the main difference seems to be the handle configuration the salesperson told me the same steel is used in both models. Since there was only one PRO set available, which wasn’t a good fit for us, we chose the 14 piece Gourmet set. Would have purchased a comparable PRO set had one been available but this is a great alternative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought these, and have been amazed at how sharp they are. They look great and make chopping, dicing, and peeling a breeze.
