Hi, I appreciate your help and my screensaver reached efficiently. Only thing I have to say is there is long wait on the phone. Once I was disconnected and couple of times after half an hour holding the phone I had to hang up. So please improve efficiency for the customers holding the phone line. Thank you 😊

Glass Elite screen protector

Almost ten years ago when I purchased my first iPad, I installed a Zagg screen protector on that product and have been very happy with it. Recently I purchased a new 12.9” iPad Pro and installed a Zagg screen protector on it and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. To install the original screen protector I used painters tape as hinges to correctly align the glass onto the iPad. The new Glass Elite protector comes with a plastic tray which the iPad is placed into to do all of the alignment work for you. It doesn’t get any easier than this. I will purchase Zagg products in the future for all of my screen protector needs.

Solid Protection

I’ve been using ZAGG screen protectors for all my iPads over the years. My latest purchase, I wanted the best, was the Glass Elite VisionGuard+ for my new iPad Pro 12.9 (gen 5). The screen protector fit perfectly, but more importantly, installed easily and without bubbles. The screen filters harmful light, and appears to be very solid and scratch proof (I use a pencil). I highly recommend this screen protector. As a note and what may also be important in your decision to buy is that there is a life-time warranty on the screen. That and ZAGGs OUTSTANDING Customer Service is a combination that can’t be beat.

Don't waste your money.

Good lucky trying to get your Warranty replacement. After they ship my order the disable my account. There Support team will not even reply to none on my tickets I submitted.
The reinforced edges on Glass Elite VisionGuard+ DOESN’T protect the vulnerable corners and edges of your screen to prevent chips and stop cracks from starting and spreading. Drop my pen know more then 3” from the edge the screen and crack it. The Breakthrough in Anti-Fingerprint Technology DOESN’T work.

Good product that could use some changes

Form fit product that fit my iPad Air like a glove. I recommend the following changes in order of preference.
1. Pen holder developed sharp edges. Not sure what cause them as I do not have a pen,
2. Removable cover, when folded as a stand, doesn’t hold position well...slides out or collapses.
3. Add thin rubber strips to back cover to help hold iPad.

Love the cover’s form fit and transparent back cover, small changes could make it perfect.

Money Not Well Spent

Have never spent this much money on a screen protector but given it's description and the fact that I had just spent a lot on a new iPad I figured it would money well spent. Not so! This product was very difficult to try and install, bubbles were many and difficult to impossible to remove and insult on top of injury the piece cracked when I tried to lift a corner to remove a bubble.Please note that I followed all instructions as they were written. Buyer beware!
