Do not buy! Non-replaceable battery!

I think that this unit is a decent replacement for my BE670M1, which is now several years old. I'm highly disappointed that it has a non-replaceable battery (at least for the user). Why would you design a unit that adds to the e-waste problem? I'm not going to spend the $ to return this to APC for recycling, plus spend an inflated amount just to get a new battery.
Cons: Difficult Maintenance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to review our UPS. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed that the UPS does not have an user replaceable battery in it. We moved to that option because usually it is more cost effect to replace the entire unit instead of just the internal battery. Also with a new UPS you would get a 3 year manufactures warranty but with replacing just the internal battery you would only get a 2 year manufactures warranty on the internal battery. We will also be adding the option to generate a return label to send the UPS in for recycling.

The best product for electronic devices !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this APC battery Back-Ups ! The battery lasts up to 5 years and you would have to change it but overall the best thing ever . I can connect anything to it , for example , My laptop , computer , or gaming console and when my light goes off it saves/runs it on back up and it won’t mess your electronic up . The best purchase you can make especially if your light goes off often because of storms .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] APC Back up is great to have .It protects your computer TV etc from a power outage.Its very durable it has a battery to keep your electronics from going out during an outage and protects them from power surges.It has a circuit breaker button a green on button red off button There's 6 electric power imports and a USB port to charge your phone.Highly recommend this for gamers & computers to protect your electronics Also there is no noise or sound while plugged Great product!

Love having the reassurance of having APC battery backup !

This is a lifesaver and definitely great to keep flashlights on or a full phone of charge. easy to connect and does not take up much space.

Protecting both system and peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a mid-tier PC connected to my living room TV for everyday gaming and streaming . This UPS seemed like a great choice as I didn’t require anything large or overpowered but I still wanted to protect my system. This is vastly superior to a surge protector and I rest easy knowing my system/drives will have some protection in the event of a sudden power outage. Would recommend to anyone with a desktop computer.
