Ok so I wanted a fifteen foot cord with surge protection and multiple outlets... AND a good price. Bingo, this fit my needs perfectly. It installed onto my wall over screws I put in the wall. One minor complaint: the screw-holes on the back of the outlet housing were small and I had a hard time fitting them over the drywall screws I used to hold the device to my wall.

Affordable surge protector with a long cord

This Tripp-Lite surge protector was exactly what I was looking for. The 15ft cord assures that I can plug it into the awkwardly-placed power outlet (located on the ceiling!) I have been using the product for about half a year now, and haven't had any issues with it. The only reason for taking off one star is that it only has room to plug in one power brick on the end - I would prefer if there was room for one more. But hey, at this price I really can't complain.
I would recommend this to a friend!
