Bought this on sale and it is comfortable chair. It rather firm and gives good support. It is not a soft cushy chair. I am 6'2 215 lbs and I take up most of the seat but it is still OK. The arm rests are very comfortable and I believe the chair raises a little higher than the previous chairs I have had. I had one problem however putting it together. The screw port on the seat for the right arm rest was out of alignment and I had to force the seat back to get the screw installed. I hope it stays.

This is a difficult chair to assemble physically due to its parts and screws. Even the casters took over an hour to install because two of these nearly didn't fit. The chair doesn't tilt upwards despite following instructions.
