The chair is designed beautifully and VERY COMFY. Staples even contacted me to verify a point I requested for the assembly process. The only problem I encountered is that on occasion I need to raise the seat a bit. Perhaps I'm not doing it correctly - don't know. All in all the quality is there and am very pleased with the product.
