Every time I sit in this chair I remember how comfortable it is (it looks firm but it actually has a good cushion). I was able to get it started myself but needed a little help attaching the back to the seat of the chair. I'm giving it 4 stars because I would like a little more "give" in the lean back position. It's still a little too upright for my preference.
I’m working from home full time and needed a comfortable and sturdy chair for working 8+ hours a day. This chair has more cushion than similar types of chairs that I’ve seen and so far it has been holding up. Part of why I opted for this chair over others was not only the added cushion but that it is made from “bonded leather” but it really feels more like plastic/pleather. So no upside there. Assembly was relatively easy with the exception of the screws in the seat itself since the holes in the fabric and the holes in the seat weren’t always aligned it was tricky to get the screws in. All told I’m happy with the purchase and quality for the price.

Beautiful chair. But.....

The Bentura bonded leather chair came really quick in the mail. This chair is aesthetically pleasing but it has its drawbacks. I came from using a mesh chair and it was very comfortable as the mesh meant there was good air circulation and my legs didn't sweat or feel uncomfortable. The mesh chair also reclined nicely. Only issue I had was the arm rests are made of a rubbery and plastic material and overtime it started coming off and leaving a mess on my floor and area rug This leather chair is the opposite as 5 minutes of sitting in it made my legs sweat. The chair is soft but unless you have the AC on you won't feel comfortable. This leather chair does not recline all the way like most chairs and certainly not like my previous mesh chair. So buyer beware! Just my two cents.
